Spain Digital Nomad Visa for Pakistanis — Refused? We Prepare Your Appeal

Common reasons for refusal — and how they are challenged

Social Security coverage
The UGE checks that you are covered by Social Security. If your employer is abroad and no agreement between Spain and your country covers you, it usually expects registration in the Spanish system — as an employee or as self-employed (autónomo). We look at which route fits your case and how to prove it in the appeal.

Income evidence “not reliable”
Bank statements that cannot be verified, a contract without apostille or translation, or no letter authorising you to work remotely from Spain. In the appeal we rebuild the evidence: verifiable statements, a properly legalised contract and your company's authorisation.

Health insurance
Policies with co-payments or waiting periods are a frequent reason for refusal. We tell you what the policy must cover for it to be accepted.
